I’m Jim and, who knows - but one day, when the time is right, I might journey part of the way with you and be your “Coach” as you train in the school of life!
 After qualifyng as a Life and Business Coach I founded Power Life Coaching! I had first hand experience of the transformative effect that “Coaching” can have in a person’s life.
Before launching Power Life Coaching, I had worked in the private and semi-state sectors. Throughout that time I was living an unfulfilled and under challenged life - always knowing that I could achieve more but not having the courage to do anything about it. A chance reading of a powerful book was a step in a process that ultimately led me to change the course of my life. I began to take positive action and I sought out my own Life Coach. Within 12 months, my life was changing and I was travelling in a different direction!
I make no claims that change is easy or that obstacles won’t be encountered along the way! They will!! Change by its nature is challenging as we move beyond our “comfort zone” and experience fear of the unknown. A new business venture, while very successful, still didn’t yield the happiness or life balance for which I was searching. However, having started a process of change, of not settling for second best, there was no going back! I persevered and I continued to explore my options.
In time and with patience, I found what I had been looking for! Difficult decisions that had been made, new practices that I had developed, started to bear fruit. I began to realise that I was living the life I wanted to live. Each day began with a sense of freedom, with options I had never considered before. I had time to experience what really matters in life.
Today, I have the privilege of working with and helping others to identify, set and obtain their goals and thereby transform their lives. It takes time and a lot of patience and a degree of courage but with the help of a bit of coaching you, too, can start to change your life for the better!
With your input and willingness to change, I can work with you as you become the best that you can be! It’s a professional relationship that involves team work. It will be rewarding if you are ready for the challenge! I am a member of the Life and Business Coaching Association of Ireland (L.B.C.A.I). Journeying with others as they endeavour to achieve their goals is immensely rewarding as I see the results that can be achieved when people no longer allow their fears and negative thoughts to prevent from being who they are!
